Applications are available beginning November 1, 2024 - through December 14, 2024. You can drop them off in person at any Alaska Family Services' location or complete the forms in the buttons below and email them to us (please send all forms in one email so that we can keep families together). Applications may also be dropped off at our workshop located at: Family First Treasures: 403 S Alaska St Palmer, AK 99645
