Applications are available beginning November 1, 2023 through December 16, 2023. You can drop them off in person at any Alaska Family Services' location or complete the forms in the buttons below and email them to us (please send all forms in one email so that we can keep families together). Applications may also be dropped off at our workshop in the old Profiles of Excellence Building at 260 S Cobb St in Palmer 99645.
